We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your skincare journey is seamless, even when a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin type.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our studio.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
